Privacy and Data Use

PubForce collects the information and files you submit to review scope, assign appropriate experts, prepare deliverables, and provide customer support.

Uploaded materials may include unpublished manuscripts, reviewer decision letters, response drafts, figures, supplements, journal guidelines, and other author-provided references.

Please do not upload social security numbers, passport scans, bank records, medical records, tax forms, or other unrelated highly sensitive identity documents.

Files are stored in private storage and are accessed only for inquiry review, service fulfillment, quality control, support, security, and required operational administration.

We do not publicly display manuscripts or use customer materials as public examples without explicit permission.

The planned production default is to delete source files and deliverables 90 days after service completion unless a different policy is finalized before launch.
